Leyla has spent her career creating emotionally engaging campaigns for some of the world's top brands, including Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, KitchenAid, MillerCoors and Walgreens.
She holds fiercely to the belief that the best brand experiences connect with consumers to change behavior, resulting in award-winning work which has been Cannes shortlisted and awarded both a Gold Addy and a One Show Gold Pencil.
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Karl Turnbull has 25 years’ experience as a strategic leader at major agencies, including JWT, BBDO and Y&R, for businesses that include MillerCoors, Kraft, Yum! and Dow.
He founded Cavalry with Marty Stock after they ran Planning and Account Management respectively at FCB and leads a team of imaginative, pragmatic and highly involved planners, who are at the heart of the Cavalry offering.
He started his career in his UK homeland before moving to the US in 1998. He is survived by his wife and two children and lives in a part of Illinois where it's still 1953.
